“For 35 years I have suffered from irritable bowel and restless leg syndrome, chronic insomnia, depression, lethargy and joint pain. To most people I appear to be an outgoing, happy, energetic, positive person, but for 35 years I have suffered from irritable bowel and restless leg syndrome, chronic insomnia, depression, lethargy and joint pain. I have consulted various doctors over many years, who prescribed medication such as tofranol and cimpramol,and lyrica. All prescription drugs, all with side effects and all of which only partially helped my symptoms, but as soon as I stopped medicating, all my symptoms came back with a vengeance.

This was absolute proof to me, that these medications merely masked my symptoms, and did absolutely nothing to cure or address the real problem.

As a yoga teacher I believe that any trauma in held in the brain will manifest itself in a bodily illness so when I heard about brain training, I knew that I was on the right track at last. I completed my training sessions and immediately, the restless legs disappeared, the IBS is a thing of the past, I am taking NO medication.

Most importantly for me I have a quiet brain, real “Peace of Mind” and no longer rerun the negative thoughts and self criticism which were so exhausting”

Stress and poor sleep
